He is best friends with Sanford Buckwald and like Sanford, he is unemployed and presumably lazy. He shows his dispiseness towards his younger brother, Pepito due to his annoyance.

Appearance

Ruiz is a grown Mexican man, but is younger than Sanford. He has messy black hair, wears a plain green T-shirt, blue jeans, and brown shoes.

Trivia

• He is voiced by Efren Ramirez, who also played Pedro Sanchez in both the 2004 Napoleon Dynamite movie and the 2012 Napoleon Dynamite animated series. Interestingly, Pedro Sanchez is also of Mexican descent.
